We intend to offer services for a vertically integrated line of Out Of Home (OOH) advertising, corporate communications and communications training on a national scale. The service is Digital Signage: an end-to-end multimedia offering, intended to serve the entire USA domestic market and targeting public venues such as shopping malls, shopping centers, supermarkets and department stores. It is an advertisement-funded service that provides advertisers with the opportunity to reach intended customer demographics with the intended message. Similarly, we intend to provide the owners of the public venues the opportunity to reach all their employees through corporate communications including staff training. We intend to be a market leader in the field of digital signage via the availability of all elements of the infrastractucture required for this service:
